Every class is one hour and follows this proven format designed to maximize results while keeping you safe.

Warm-Up

10-15 min

Dynamic stretching and movement prep to get your body ready for the workout ahead.

Skill & Strength

15-20 min

Focus on technique, building strength, or learning new movements with coach guidance.

Workout (WOD)

The main workout - varied, challenging, and always scaled to your fitness level.

Stretching and mobility work to aid recovery and prevent soreness.

Your First Visit

What to Bring to Your First Class

Your first two classes are free - no commitment, no pressure. Here's everything you need to know before you arrive.

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes
  • Bring a water bottle (we have filtered water)
  • Eat a light meal 1-2 hours before class
  • No experience needed - we teach everything
  • All equipment is provided
